ASB Get Wise

In the last week of term, we had a special visit from Amy from ASB get wise program. She taught us things about money and we even had to plan a shopping list based on which product is best value. It was soo much fun.

ANZAC Wreaths

As ANZAC day this year is in the middle of the holidays room 10 decided to do a bit of art in anticipation to help celebrate this special day where we celebrate all those who fought for our country. To do this we; read a series of pictures books and had really deep discussions about the war, watched a few clips for TV3 series called The Great War and some spectacular students even took it apon them selves to do their own research.
